Unati has been Group HR Manager at Aspen Pharmacare from 2013 to 2017. Previously, she was holding the position of HR Executive at South Point Management Services from 2011 to 2013. And from 2006 to 2011, she was Group HR Director at Ogilvy SA.

Unati holds a BA General Degree from the University of Transkei and is fluent in IsiXhosa, IsiZulu, SeTswana and English.
