Mmaboshadi is a long-standing member of the African Women Chartered Accountants (AWCA). She currently holding the position of Executive Producer and Freelance Actress at Viva Pictures (Pty) Ltd and Pop Up Media (Pty) Ltd. Previously, she was holding the position of Partner – Johannesburg Audit at Deloitte & Touche South Africa from 2013 to 2018.

Mmaboshadi holds the Degrees of Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of the Witwatersrand.
